It could be a much longer story, but back in 2014 (2015?) these 4 talented young musicians were traveling together on tour through Allentown, PA performing as all their own individual projects. One of the things that I loved about their live show was that they were backing each other up on each other's songs. I knew they were all from different states and, with how hard it is to sustainably tour, I felt like I would probably never get to see them perform like this again. I knew I wanted to record them while they were in town, so I could capture and preserve this beautiful musical moment in their lives as artists and friends.

I can't remember how the whole thing came to happen except that after the show they crashed at our mutual friend Billy Mack's place. I came over the next morning with my tape machine and they recorded these songs using their own instruments and also Billy's marimba and glockenspiel which were conveniently available.

It took maybe an hour or so for the group to perform these 10 songs. As always, it was recorded with one mic to one track on cassette.

Sorry it took me so long to release this (it's 2023 now). My original plan was to make a cassette release of this. Maybe I still will if I ever get the ol' ducks in a row. For now though, here's this music that I've loved and listened to for years.
